PI Gas Turbines Limited provides retrofit sequencer and fuel governor control systems for a wide range of installed machines, specialising in RB211, Avon, Olympus, Ruston and GE engines. We also specialise in the replacement of HSDE, Digigov and Analogue Systems. PIGT control systems are fully compliant with IEC61508 & IEC61131 and have the total train experience for all driven equipment: generators, compressors and pumps. PIGT also provide compressor control solutions incorporating anti-surge, load-sharing, performance controllers and optimisers.

In addition to supplying new retrofit control solutions, we are able to provide a proactive support service to assist in contingency planning, troubleshooting, start-up and performance issues on a wide range of turbines and compressors. When needed, we can rapidly mobilise experienced personnel to assist in the diagnosis and repair of operational critical gas turbine performance issues. Our Total Train Healthcare (TTHC) methodology provides a systematic and thorough approach to assessing the performance of each key component impacting on overall machinery performance, availability and operational expenditure (Opex).
