PI - Subsea Engineering - Client Partnerships

It has been proven that long term partnerships between operators and contractors can be beneficial to both parties. We are happy to bid for work under the ITT process but we also believe that when a relationship works it is subsequently worth exploring further.

PI Subsea support the building of long term relationships for subsea services with clients to the point where if we cannot provide a design service then, if possible, we will find that service elsewhere for our client and manage it accordingly.

Advantages of long term partnerships include;

• Saving of costs associated with ITT processes
• Project team not changed out from project to project within an ongoing relationship.
• A building up of trust between both parties and a movement away from ‘us and them’ type of contracting
• An open and honest relationship where both parties of the relationship are kept aware of any changes within the partnership.
